CLONE LINE Remote Support is by appointment only.
To use this tool, you must first open a Support Ticket to obtain an Assist Code.
Additional Fees may apply for Customization, Network Configuration, or other work beyond the scope of our Free Support.
Before you begin:
Have your phones, adapters, or other devices, out of the box and connected to your network.
Make sure you know the admin passwords for your network and voip devices.
When you're ready:
Hint: Watch for the yellow arrow box, indicating general direction to look for the downloaded file.
